Welcome! We are excited to have you join the Relii.io Pilot Program. Your insights and feedback will directly shape the development of the platform to create a smoother, more effective experience for all users.

1. Purpose & Scope

Your use of Relii.io will provide testing and evaluation of the Relii.io website and the Relii platform, including pre-release, experimental, and beta features ("Pilot Program").

2. Beta Features & Performance

You acknowledge that the Relii platform and associated features are currently in development. They may contain bugs, errors, service interruptions, or incomplete functionality. The Company makes no guarantees regarding the performance, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability of the platform.

3. Confidentiality

All non-public information, design elements, features, workflows, and testing processes shared during this Pilot Program are confidential. You agree not to disclose, share, or publish any non-public information about Relii.io to any third party for a period of 2 years following the conclusion of your participation.

4. Feedback & Intellectual Property

Any feedback, suggestions, ideas, performance metrics, or audio/video inputs provided during your participation become the sole property of P3 Innovations. You assign to the Company all rights, titles, and interests in such feedback without expectation of royalty, attribution, or additional compensation.

5. Compensation

Participation in this Pilot Program is voluntary. Unless explicitly agreed upon in writing elsewhere, you will not receive financial compensation, royalties, or monetary benefits for testing or providing feedback.

6. Data Privacy

Your personal information, audio/video recordings, transcripts, and telemetry data will be collected, stored, and processed in accordance with the Company's Privacy Policy. This data will be used primarily to assess platform performance, generate feedback metrics, and enhance application functionality.

7. Limitation of Liability & Assumption of Risk

Relii is a product of P3 Innovations, LLC doing business as Relii.io. You participate in this Pilot Program at your own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, P3 Innovations and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your participation or use of the Relii platform.

8. Term & Termination

Either party may terminate participation in this Pilot Program at any time, with or without cause, upon written or electronic notice to the other party. Sections 3 (Confidentiality), 4 (Intellectual Property), and 7 (Limitation of Liability) shall survive any termination.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Kansas, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

10. Changes to Agreement

Relii reserves the right to make changes to this Agreement at its sole discretion, with or without notice.
